Instructions

How to use this converter:

Go to Workday > Academics > View My Courses
In the blue navigation bar (the one that says "View My Courses"), click the download excel icon () to download the file
Click the Browse button here and select that file
Download the file once it is ready
In outlook go to the calendar tab and click Add Calendar > Upload From file > Browse and select the generated ics file
Enjoy!

Some notes:

This does not take wellness days/schedule changes into account from the overall year calendar

This works for my calendar as of 10.24.2025

If you are using this far in the future, please make a test calendar in outlook first
If there is an issue feel free to open a pull request

The codebase is cooked

I vibecoded most of the front end and I don't get paid to check for validity
If you want to fix something feel free to do it and open a pull request yourself and i'll look at it at some point
